The little cottage (solar powered) on the grounds of the Convento for those after complete isolation . This idyllic original cottage has been kept in style and has all the basic needs. It has a spectacular view on the village of Mértola with its castle and on both the rivers Oeras and Guadiana. It is a perfect retreat for people who love the out doors and tranquil souls. One bedroom with double bed, bathroom, verandah with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. In summer you can go swimming in the river that lays in front. Mértola is just a 10 minutes walk, there you will find shops, cafe's and restaurants.
The cottage is ecologically friendly and is completely off grid.
